StashGrid is run by one person. There is no support desk, but the inbox is read.

Worth writing about:

• Something is wrong. A broken link, a lab step that no longer matches what the software does, a tool that has moved or been abandoned. These are the most useful messages to get — security tooling changes fast and a walkthrough written in September is not guaranteed to match December.
• Something reads like AI slop. This site is written by a person and assembled with AI help, and that is said plainly rather than hidden. If a note here reads padded, generated, or confidently wrong, that is a defect and not a house style. Point at it and it gets rewritten or pulled.
• You own something covered here and want the note corrected, the framing changed, or the entry removed. Say so and it gets handled.
• A suggestion for something that belongs in the collection.

What won’t get a reply

Guest post pitches, paid link requests, and offers to “improve SEO”. Links here are chosen because they were worth keeping, and that is not for sale.

Response time

This is a side project, not a business. Expect days rather than hours, and no reply at all during a busy week. A correction to something factually wrong will always get dealt with.
